• An order confirmation SMS/email does not constitute a guaranteed contract until the order is dispatched
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with full refund of any online payment made

3. Payment Terms

• Online payments are final and processed immediately upon order placement via PayU
• COD orders require exact cash payment to the delivery person
• In case of a failed online payment where the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded by PayU within 5–7 business days
• ApnaCart is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank for online transactions

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
• ApnaCart reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud
• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 business days
